Welcome to Indibly. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Indibly application and website (www.indibly.in). By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application.
1. Nature of the Application
Indibly is a software tool designed to help small businesses, freelancers, and shopkeepers generate invoices and manage billing. We provide the platform "as is" to facilitate your day-to-day business calculations and PDF generation.
2. Offline Data Storage & Backups
Indibly is an offline-first application. We do not store your invoices, customer details, or business data on our servers. All data is stored locally on your specific device.
- You are solely responsible for keeping a backup of your invoices (e.g., by saving PDFs or sharing them).
- Indibly is not liable for any loss of data due to device damage, loss, app uninstallation, or formatting of your phone.
3. UPI Payments & Transactions
The app allows you to input your UPI ID to generate a QR code on your invoices. Indibly is not a payment gateway or a financial institution.
- We do not process, track, or charge commissions on any payments made by your customers.
- It is entirely your responsibility to verify that the UPI ID entered is correct and to confirm the receipt of payments directly with your bank.
- Indibly will not be held liable for any failed transactions, incorrect payments, or financial disputes between you and your customers.
4. Accuracy of Calculations & Taxes
While we strive to ensure the application calculates totals, discounts, and taxes accurately, software bugs can occasionally occur. You are responsible for verifying the final amounts and tax details on your invoices before sharing them with customers or using them for tax filing purposes.
5. User Privacy & Account
We respect your privacy. Indibly does not require a mandatory user account or login to function. Any minimal analytics or crash reports collected (if applicable) are entirely anonymous and used solely to improve the app's performance, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Indibly, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
